Anamaria Frâncu

Senior Associate

Anamaria Frâncu has over 16 years of experience in civil, commercial, administrative, real-estate, eminent domain, forced execution, public procurement (FIDIC agreements), data protection and ECHR litigation.

Anamaria holds an LL. M. in private international law and arbitration. She is also a certified professional in data protection (CIPP/EU) since 2016, authorized trainer and founder of the NGO ProPrivacy.

Anamaria has a rich practical experience, acquired both with local firms and in her personal projects developed. In addition to litigation, Anamaria has assisted clients in contract law, data protection, intellectual property, and prevention of money laundering.

She is also a graduate of the advance course on arbitration and mediation of the OMPI. She speaks fluently English and French.
