Cătălin I. Radbâță

Co-Managing Partner

One of the founders and Co-Managing Partner of RN Lex, Cătălin Radbâță has over 16 years of professional experience both in litigation and advisory services, in national and international renowned law firms. Before setting-up RN Lex, he was a litigation partner in one of the most important law firms in Romania, where he dealt with numerous litigation and complex arbitration cases for national and international clients.

His focus since founding RN Lex is on complex insolvency proceedings and debt recovery, as well as administrative and tax proceedings and sports arbitration.

In order to improve RN Lex’s expertise on financial and economic issues that insolvency and restructuring proceedings require, Cătălin was also admitted to practice as an insolvency practitioner.

His continuous work with international clients is eased by his impressive foreign language skills – Cătălin is a certified interpreter of English, Italian, and French, he is fluent in Spanish and has conversational Dutch knowledge.

Moreover, Cătălin holds a law degree in Italian law from the Law University of Pisa (Italy) and is a member of AIGLI (The Association of Italian Speaking Lawyers). He is a speaker to a wide range of national conferences and has published many legal articles.
