  • Providing legal assistance to one of the largest players in the retail market in a dispute concerning the possibility of obtaining penalty interest for late VAT refunds;
  • Legal assistance for an economic operator in the construction sector in a dispute concerning the annulment of a tax administrative act, which unlawfully established tax charges, such as VAT and late payment interest;
  • Advising a leading military defence, shipbuilding and engineering conglomerate, on obtaining an ANCEX licence for the export of a military vessel outside the European Union;
  • Assisting the largest Romanian aeronautical company on the aspect of receiving European funds needed for the restructuring of the company;
  • Assisting one of the largest Romanian waste management companies, in a litigation concerning the award of damages following the breach of a public service delegation contract.
  • Legal assistance to one of the largest groups of electricity distributors in administrative litigation to annul regulatory acts adopted in the context of the electricity price crisis
