Stefan Dudas has over 12 years of experience in international dispute resolution and acted as legal counsel in several European jurisdictions, including France, Germany, Austria, and Romania.
Stefan collaborated with many international renowned law firms, including Shearman & Sterling LLP and Derains & Gharavi International. He also worked with Romanian top local law firms, including NNDKP and Mușat & Associates.
Stefan focuses his activity on investment arbitration, as well as on complex international arbitration in the energy, infrastructure, insurance and oil and gas industries. He acted as counsel in arbitration in ICSID, ICC and UNCITRAL proceedings, with a broad range of substantive applicable laws. Stefan holds an International LL. M. degree from the University of Stockholm (Sweden) and is currently a PhD applicant in international law at the University of Vienna. He has authored many articles on arbitration law and he is a frequent speaker at international arbitration conferences.
