First, we secure swift provisional measures to preserve the client's rights, and then we act to achieve the goals pursued by the client and the effective recognition of their rights.
Team
The team comprising Cătălin I. Radbâță (partner, insolvency practitioner and certified interpreter), Vlad Nicolae (partner), Daniel Paraschiv (associate lawyer) and Anamaria Francu (senior associate lawyer) currently form RN Lex Litigation & Insolvency SPARL. The team is joined by Stefan Dudaș as Of Counsel. Stefan is a member of the Paris Bar and specializes in international trade and arbitration.
